Getting Started
My Weekly Rhythm is a visual weekly planner that helps you design an intentional schedule and actually stick to it. You build your week using time blocks, organize them by category, and get clear analytics on how you're spending your time — all in a clean, distraction-free interface.
Yes. The core planner is completely free — create blocks, organize by category, build multiple schedules, share them, and switch between dark and light mode. Pro and Business plans unlock advanced features like Schedule Comparison, Time Audit Mode, and team dashboards.
Yes, a free account is required to save your schedules. Sign up takes under a minute with just your name and email — no credit card needed.
My Weekly Rhythm works in any modern browser on desktop or laptop. It's optimized for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Mobile support is in progress.
Calendar apps are built around appointments and events. My Weekly Rhythm is built around intentional design — you're not reacting to what's on your calendar, you're proactively designing how your ideal week looks and making sure the things that matter to you actually have time set aside.
Building Your Schedule
Click and drag anywhere on the weekly grid to create a block. A form will appear where you can set the name, category, and any notes. Release to place it on the grid.
Click any block to open the edit form, where you can change the name, category, time, or notes. To delete, open the block and click the delete button, or right-click the block for a quick context menu.
Right-click any block to open the context menu and select Duplicate. A copy of the block will appear on the same day.
Yes. Right-click the block and choose "Copy to Day," then select which day you want it copied to. The block will appear at the same time on the target day.
Categories let you group your time blocks by type — for example Work, Exercise, Family, or Deep Focus. Each category gets its own color, making it easy to see at a glance how your time is distributed across different areas of your life. The sidebar shows a breakdown of hours per category.
Open the Categories panel in the sidebar and click on any category to edit its name or choose a new color. Changes apply instantly to all blocks using that category.
Yes. You can create as many schedules as you want — for example a Work Week, a Vacation Week, or an Ideal Week. Switch between them using the plan selector at the top of the sidebar.
Click the schedule name at the top of the sidebar to open the plan switcher. Select any saved schedule to load it, or create a new one from the same menu.
Pro Features
Pro unlocks Schedule Comparison, Time Audit Mode, and the Focus Timer. These features are designed for people who want to go beyond planning and start actively tracking and improving how they spend their time.
Schedule Comparison lets you load two of your saved schedules side by side and see exactly how they differ — which blocks were added, removed, or moved. It's useful for tracking how your week has evolved or comparing a planned week to how it actually went.
Time Audit Mode turns your schedule into a live checklist. As your week progresses, you mark each block as completed, skipped, or still in progress. At the end of the week you get a clear picture of how closely your actual week matched your plan.
Click the timer button on any block to start a countdown for that block's exact duration. The timer runs in a widget at the bottom of the screen so you can keep it visible while you work. You'll get an audio cue when time is up.
Yes. Pro users can click the Start Timer button in the sidebar to set a custom duration and start a free-form focus session — no block needed.
Sharing & Exporting
Open the plan switcher and click the share icon next to any schedule. My Weekly Rhythm generates a unique link that anyone can open — no account required — to view a read-only version of your schedule.
No. Shared schedules are always read-only. The person viewing it can see your blocks and analytics but cannot make any changes.
Click the Export button in the sidebar to download a clean PDF of your current schedule. It's formatted for easy printing or sharing.
Yes. You can revoke a share link at any time from the plan switcher. Once revoked, the link will no longer work for anyone who has it.
Business & Teams
A Business account lets you create a shared team space where members can each link their own schedule. As the admin, you get a dashboard to view all linked schedules side by side — useful for managers, coaches, or any team that wants visibility into how everyone's week is structured.
When you create a Business account, you get a unique join code. Share that code with your team members. When they create a new schedule in their account, they enter your code to link it to your business dashboard.
It depends on your plan. Business Starter supports up to 5 team members, Business Growth supports up to 15, and Business Unlimited has no seat limit.
Yes. Business Unlimited accounts can create multiple separate teams, each with their own join code and dashboard. Switch between teams using the dropdown in your Business Dashboard.
A co-admin is someone you trust to help manage your business account — they can view the dashboard and share the join code with new members. To add one, open your Business Dashboard, scroll to the Co-Admins section, and enter their email address.
Co-admins can view your business dashboard and access the join code to share with team members. They cannot create new teams, add other co-admins, or change any account settings — those remain with the primary admin.
No. Team members can only see their own schedule. Only the business admin and co-admins can see all linked schedules through the dashboard.
Account & Settings
Click the moon icon in the top bar of the app to toggle dark mode on or off. Your preference is saved automatically and will persist the next time you open the app.
Click on your account name in the sidebar and select Upgrade. You'll see all available plans and can choose the one that fits your needs. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Open your account panel and click Manage Subscription to access the billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or change your plan.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal, and you'll retain access to Pro or Business features until the end of your current billing period.
